How to enable/disable High Contrast theme without using Windows settings and control panel - Windows 7,8,10.

Contrast is the difference between the blacks and the whites. High contrast means the blacks are really dark and the whites are really bright. In computer, A high contrast theme or high contrast mode uses a limited color palette with contrasting colors to make an interface easier to use.
