If you are looking for the control panel, you know it can be a little elusive in windows 8.
Its actually really easy to access the control panel. In fact there are two very simple methods of accessing the control panel.

Method 1: control panel windows 8
Move your mouse pointer to the lower left corner of the screen to the start button. Right click on the start screen button to start the start screen button context menu. From this menu, select 'control panel'

Method 2: windows 8 control panel
On your start screen, just start typing 'control panel' from the keyboard.

Method 3:
View all apps and search for control panel.
