I've been asked for some help on passing Level 29 so here's my vid, I hope it provides a good guideline of the strategy I used to pass it. Since the ememy worms won't always do the same actions, you won't be able to follow this exactly, but the main stategy I use is always the same. I always teleport to the same two holes as my first moves, and I always attack the same worms at the edges of the board. You should pass this in no time. It only took me two tries to beat this while making the vid so I know my method works. It took many tries before I figured it out.
