Want to make the perfect corned beef brisket every single time? Learn how to get the most tender results in your slow cooker.

Making a great meal at home does not have to be complicated. This slow cooker recipe takes the stress out of prep work by letting the crock pot do all the heavy lifting over a 12-hour cook time. Whether you are preparing for a holiday or just want easy dinner ideas, this method ensures your meat comes out juicy and flavorful.

We use a blend of brown sugar, red wine vinegar, and savory spices to create a rich glaze that penetrates deep into the meat. By adding potatoes, carrots, and brussels sprouts to the pot, you get a full, hearty meal with minimal cleanup. If you are looking for a tender beef brisket that falls apart on the fork, this is the technique you need to try.
