How To Dry (Dehydrate) Apple Rings

Today I'm drying apples in my food dehydrator! It's easy and they taste so good! They're great for long term food storage, too. Eat them as is or make a "dried apple pie" or reconstitute them and make a wonderful topping for ice cream, waffles, pancakes, etc...

Here's what I used:
4 lbs of apples
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup water
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
