There aren't any tools that I'm aware of to tell you exactly which surgeons are the best targets for your product, but there are ways to have a good idea which ones are the best targets when prospecting.

For the most part, surgeon training will determine the majority of what their practice focuses on. So, if you are selling a specific product to surgeons who typically have training in that area, then you can figure out which ones are likely to be your best targets
