How To Infuse Tequila
Jalapeño and pineapple infused tequila.
You'll need:
1 bottle of clear tequila
1 pineapple, sliced
6 jalapeños, seed removed
A jar that can be stored in a cool dry place
How to Make:
1. Slice pineapple and add the empty jar
2. Slice jalapeños, remove the seeds, and add to the jar with pineapples
3. Pour the entire bottle of tequila over the pineapple and jalapeños
4. Let sit for 24 hours
5. Stir + Serve with ice
For added spice, keep the jalapeños seeds.
Serve straight up with ice and lime, or add soda water for an easy cocktail.
