How to make a Tequila Wash/Mash

Tequila Wash Recipe:
2-46 oz bottle of Agave Nectar
2lbs of Cane Sugar
Yeast of choice

Heat 2 gallon of water and add agave and sugar
Pour into fermenter and add cool water to 5-gallon mark
Add Yeast

For distilling purposes: Ferment for 5-7 days
For agave wine purposed: Ferment in primary for 1 week then rack into secondary fermenter and age accordingly
