Description from the creator

Learn how to make a perfect whiskey sour with an egg white! Scott Scaffidi, Visiting Professor at the Alcohol Professor blog (www.AlcoholProfessor.com), takes you through the steps so you can add this essential cocktail to your bartending repertoire. Scott is also the Co-Founder of Behind the Wood Beverage Consulting, based in New York City (www.BehindTheWood.nyc).

Perfect Whiskey Sour Recipie:
1 Egg White
.75oz Simple Syrup
.75oz Lemon Juice
1-2 dashes Angostura Bitters
2oz Whiskey

1) Separate your egg white from the yolk into a large tin.
2) Add simple syrup, lemon juice, and whiskey to a small tin.
3) Pour all ingredients into the large tin and seal.
4) Shake first with no ice to combine the egg white with the liquid. Shake for 30-45 seconds.
5) Shake again with ice to chill, only 15-20 seconds.
6) Strain into your coupe glass.
7) Let froth settle, and when it is ready, lightly add the two dashes on angostura bitters to the top.
8) Serve and enjoy!
