Description from the creator

These recipe is easy to make. Great for any occasion and after dinner treats.
Ingredients:
For the mice:
1. 200g (7 oz) milk chocolate melts (or milk chocolate)
2. 200g (7 oz) white chocolate melts (or white chocolate)
3. Plastic or silicon mice mold (purchased online)
For the nutella ganache:
1. 100g (3.5 oz) Nutella or use any Choc hazelnut spread
2. 100ml (3.3 fl oz)
Method:
1. Place milk chocolate melts and white chocolate melts into two heatproof bowls. Melt over saucepan with simmering water or in the microwave, stir until smooth.
2. Using a teaspoon, coat the inside of the mold making sure that all of the tiny areas are covered. Place the mold in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to set.
3. Place the nutella in a medium bowl. Place the cream in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour the warm cream over the nutella and stir the mixture until it become glossy.
4. Spoon the ganache to fill each mold and place back in the fridge to set.
5. Reheat the remaining chocolate and fill the remaining space in the mold to seal in the ganache. Place the mold back in the fridge to chill. Any leftover ganache can be chilled in the fridge. Once the chocolates are set, carefully remove them from the mold.
