Black pepper 1/6 tsp.
Water 3 tbsp.

Honey Sauce :
Ketchup 5 tbsp.
Sugar 4 tbsp.
Water 3 tbsp.
Honey 2 tbsp.

Batter :
Egg 1 large.
Salt 1/4 tsp.
Garlic powder 1/6 tsp.
Cold water 10 tbsp or 1/2 cup.
Baking powder 2 tsp.
Corn starch 1/2 cup.
Flour 3/4 cup.
Veg. oil 2 tbsp.
