How to make the best Puerto Rican Coquito
On this beautiful day in Puerto Rico I start by going for a short run in the track of Las Marias. Then, my father and I pick some gandules or pigeon peas. I collect some seeds too, and also some coffee beans which I was drying out. I show you what a baby banana tree looks like.

Then I visit a river in the mountains, close to Guacio River and spend about 45 minutes there flying the drone and enjoying the beautiful views on top of the big rocks.

The we start to make the coquito, which is a traditional Christmas drink, by mixing the ingredients like coconut milk and cream, cinnamon, condensed milk, ron cañita, etc. I tried some and it was strong.

Later, we visit a neighbor Randy who has many roosters, some are for cockfighting, and others are domesticated. Stay tuned for the next episode which takes place in Añasco for a parranda.
