How to Meditate Properly | Lessons From a Yogi Master [Most People Get This Wrong!!]

How to meditate properly.. A true yogi master from the Himalayas passed this on to me, that's why I am passing the right way to meditate on to you. There are different yoga positions in which you can meditate. But in this video I will show you how to meditate properly, and which of the many yoga positions you should use best. This is a proper meditation for beginners, but also for advanced meditators, this can still be practised. Some of you even ask how to meditate to open your third eye, or how to meditate using the law of attraction.. To be honest, it all comes down to the right meditation, and with first calming the mind, before going into meditation. Follow the steps I show you and where I guide you in this video, and keep on practising. That way, you will become more and more advanced in meditating, and you'll see that manifesting anything you want in life will go better as well.
