This is my tutorial on how to ABH (Accelerated Back Hop) in Portal. This can also be used in Half-Life 2 Episode 2.
Note: You can ABH without using crouch, but you don't gain speed as quickly. When you crouch and jump, you actually hit the ground 2 times per jump, so its faster since you gain more speed per jump.
