Description from the creator

Discovered by Stimich. AFH is Accelerated Forward Hopping. I explain how to do it in detail without using portals. You need to ABH for 2 hops, then turn around and additionally hold back (normally the S key). Then, you will be AFHing. Amazing discovery. It works for Portal and Half-Life 2 Episode 2. I am so happy. I wish I could redo my speedruns with AFH :'(. ENJOY!!!!!!!!
