The Crocodile Roll : How to Tutorial

The Crocodile Roll. I enjoy this lift. The faster the guy pulls his arm, the better it looks. However he always needs to make sure his right arm is ready for your weight.

It's always good to practice in a large open space and use a mattress. I have injured myself on a few occasions, not badly so I am very lucky. Try at your own risk. I will not be held accountable for any injuries that may occur so please practice safely.

HAPPY LEARNING :)
