THE GROUNDFLIP : How to Tutorial

Download complete DVD or Stream gumroad.com/l/qHZAU

The Ground Flip was a lift we came up with for a bit of fun. It works and it's fun :)

Have fun and be safe! I made this DVD for everyone to learn and have fun! Also sometimes it's hard to find classes locally that teach Lifts and Throws.

It's always good to practice in a large open space and use a mattress. I have injured myself on a few occasions, not badly so I am very lucky. I will not be held accountable for any injuries that may occur so please practice safely.

HAPPY LEARNING :)
