How to collect birch sap

About the health benefits of the birch sap, everybody knows. In this video I present my way of collecting it, not much different than others. It's a wonderful spring activity and I really enjoy going out and tapping the trees to collect the sap. And also I don't miss the opportunity on these occasions to boil some pine needles tea with it. Thanks for watching and see you in the next one!
