Description from the creator

I made this quarter pipe just out of some scrap plywood. I first took 3 Finnish nails and hit them into one piece of ply wood about an 1/8 of an inch in. Then i used a piece of 1/8'' dowel (that was very flexible) and weaved it in-between the nails it get a nice curve for the quarter pipe. Next i cut that piece out on the band saw, then just traced it about 8 or 9 times. Once i cut those out i arranged them the way i wanted then put glue in-between each layer. I clamped it over night the came back the next day and started to sand it. Once done sanding i put my logo and put a couple coats of spray lacquer. Its FINALLY finished! If you don't have a workshop and want to make one do not worry because all you really need is a jig-saw, some sand paper, glue and a lot of hard work and time. So i really hope you found this video interesting, and it can help you. THANKS FOR WATCHING!
I will catch you on the next video!
