How to Make the Parallax Effect | CyberLink PowerDirector 17

This PowerDirector 17 & PowerDirector 365 tutorial will show you how to make the parallax effect. This PowerDirector effects tutorial is done using PowerDirector and PhotoDirector to make a 2.5D video effect where it looks like a picture has movement and depth. Using PhotoDirector and the Content Aware Removal tool you can remove the foreground of the image and fill in that part to make it look like it was never there.
