1. Power wash home- this removes loose dirt and oxidized paint. Correct power washing also will also kill mold, mildew and algae.
2. Repair caulking. This will help keep your home water tight and just looks good.
3. Mask off areas not to be painted. We cover all windows and doors.
4. Prime where needed. We prime any bare wood and rust stains.
5. Paint home. We like to spray 2 coats of quality exterior latex paint. On heavily oxidized aluminum sided homes we like to add a bonding agent to help the paint stick better.
6. Removed all masking tape, plastic and paper.
7. Hand brush remaining aluminum siding. Trim, windows, doors and any accent colors.
