Description from the creator

to evolve golbat into crobat you will need golbats happiness at 220. You can talk to a women in goldenrod city who will tell you your pokemons happiness. If she says either "i get the feeling it really trusts you" or "it looks really happy! it must love you a lot" then your golbats happiness is between 200-255. with that level it up once and then it will evolve into crobat.
