IMPORTANT NOTE:


Some have complained about the link to the Adjuster being a virus. If you don't trust it use the CLEO mod found here: gtagarage .com/mods/show.php?id=15178.


To install it just download CLEO library (cleo.li/) for GTA VC. Then once you've installed that, download the CLEO adjuster mod from above, open the folder for VC, then drag the files into the CLEO folder inside your game directory.
