In this video I explain how to make a Borgia courier appear in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. Borgia couriers carry useful items and one of these items is aconite, which can only be obtained from Borgia couriers and is required for one of the shop quests. This method works 100% of the time.

Unfortunately there is no way of ensuring that a Borgia courier will be carrying a particular item, so gaining the aconite will take tedious repetition unless you're lucky enough to find it first time. However, continued use of this method will eventually spawn a courier with aconite.

This is the best way to approach your search for aconite, as it must be obtained from a courier. This method will cause you to find a courier 100% of the time, and eventually one of them will have the aconite you so desperately desire.
