How to get HM04 Strength on Pokemon Yellow

Follow the route in the video in the Safari Zone to get the gold teeth, make sure you have enough room in your bag to pick up the item. Then go to the Wardens house which is by the Pokemon Centre and give the Warden his teeth, he will then give you HM04 Strength, again, just make sure to have enough room in your bag to take the item.
