Description from the creator

To spare Asgore, you need to beat him up a lot. I know what you're thinking: 'bUt I'm DoInG tHe PaCiFiSt RoUtE!' Yes, this is the pacifist route, but you still need to fight him. After getting him down to his final health points, he will kneel, and you will have a chance to spare him. Go on the broken Mercy button, and wham! You can't get out the neutral ending. (You need to get the Neutral/Omega Flowey ending first before you can get the True Pacifist Ending) Tip: Make sure you do pick up the knife in the grey variation of Toriel's home. Don't do the same thing i did and go 'Well I'm doing the pacifist run so i'm gonna be a little angel and leave the knife here, i'm only taking the locket!' Yeah... Don't do that.
