LoZ LttP Tutorial - Flipperless Water Traversal

This would originally have been just the Fake Flippers tutorial, but lately a new (to Rando) tech has cropped up due to recent changes to the Waterfall Fairy, meaning there's a lot more to cover! This is my complete guide on how Fake Flippers and Waterwalking works, with all the applications I know of for their use in Randomizer.
