Oblivion - How to Get The Best Bow and Mace; Hatreds Soul & Hatreds Heart (2018 Tutorial)

The best daedric bow in Oblivion is Hatreds Soul. It has the best stats out of any other bow oblivion has to offer, as long as you obtain it at level 19 or higher. Only then will it be the hardest hitting bow. We also cover how to get the Best Mace in Oblivion; Hatreds Heart. This Mace presents the same level of strength and power as the bow.
