Oblivion - How to Optimize Oblivion for a Smoother Frame Rate Experience! (2018 Tutorial).

This video is a Tutorial on how to better optimize oblivion so you can game at a smoother frame rate. Holding a Smooth FPS in Oblivion can sometimes be a difficult task, however, this tutorial will go over the methods I used to keep my oblivion running at its most optimum efficiency and holding the steady frame rate.

bUse Joystick=0 (leave to 1 if you are using a joystick)
bUseRefractionShader=0 (Very important on low-end cards. as this can create strange artifacts for spell effects.)

bSelectivePurgeUnusedOnFastTravel=1 (leave at 0 if you have 1GB of RAM or more)
