It is possible your cube was dissembled and reassembled incorrectly. Reassemble it solved, then scramble it and this video will work.

3. All the bottom pieces are Red, how do I make a T letter? 6:08
Temporally preform the T-Letter algorithm (6:45) to move a bottom (Red) edge piece into any side edge. This will move that side edge piece to the bottom.

4. Why did the cube magically change in a few spots, most notably at 9:00 and 11:20?
This is not done to deceive or trick you. At these points I reset the cube to its worst possible state so I could thoroughly explain the next step. This is why I do a complete solve of the cube at the end of the video.
