Materials needed for this project:
-A basic template that you can make in Illustrator, Photoshop, or other program like Microsoft Word and a printer, or you can trace or draw one by hand. You can use this to make an ampersand template OR any letter you want. Try making initials or spell out whole words with multiple ornaments!
-Regular scissors (for the paper and the plastic canvas)
-Black felt (or whatever color you'd like)
-Straight pins
-Fabric scissors
-Plastic canvas mesh (found in the embroidery section of a craft store)
-Embroidery floss in red (or your choice of color)
-Embroidery needle
-A few sequins
-Sewing thread and sewing needle
-Red ribbon (or other color)
