Description from the creator

A practical implementation of non-rigid image alignment and median-blend stacking for high-ISO noise reduction. This tutorial demonstrates a mathematical approach to increasing Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) and recovering high-frequency spatial detail in low-light environments using the G-MIC (GREYC's Magic for Image Computing) framework. Analysis includes a comparison between RAW-data sensor output and JPEG-compression artifacts in the context of temporal noise filtering.
