1 x fruitcake
2.5lb Marzipan
2.5lb White Sugarpaste/Roll out icing
250g red Modelling paste
edible pearls - available in most large supermarkets
Shredless Maralade
Small pot of water
Icing sugar
Cake Board/Drum
