Rainbow Pancakes Recipe (Makes 12 Pancakes, 2 of each colour)
240g flour
1.5 tsp salt
3 tbsp sugar (increase the amount if you want a sweeter pancake)
1.5 tbsp baking powder

1.5 cups milk
3 tbsp vinegar (or lemon juice)
6 tbsp melted butter
3 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs

Gel food colouring (Red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple)
