When you're in the post editor, making an email address clickable is simple. You can use the exact same method commonly used to link the selected text. Instead of using the ""; link protocol, you enter in "mailto:" The post editor addss the HTML required behind-the-scenes which makes this easy.

Adding an email link to your menu is very similar. You can repeat the same process using the Custom Link option found in the Menus section in the Customizer.

Adding a linked email address into your sidebar is a bit trickier. There is no email widget, so instead, you can use the HTML widget. This requires typing out the HTML for the link element which you didn't have to do with your post. You can follow the post I linked to above to access that HTML code if you'd like to copy and paste it into a widget.
