In this tutorial, we will be using "MSPaint XP" and "MovieMaker". This had got to be one of the easiest ways to get in to animation. And it's FREE! By the way guys, you'll have to be using Microsoft Windows for this tutorial to be relevent to you. If you are using Windows7 and up, you'll have to download "MSPaint XP" below. You can also download the newest version of "MovieMaker" below too. You'll have to be using Windows7 and up to be able to use it though.
