so basically they took down the alpacadouga service for good so you won't be able to convert those frames into a gif, BUT in the latest version of firealpaca you can now just export it into an animated gif. All you have to do is go to "File" and then if you look down, there's going to be a button called "Export as Animated GIF" and that's it! Now i found that the only downside is that you can no longer make transparent gif which is kinda sad because that's how i make my discord emojis ;-; but there is also a goodside, Now you can export it into a MP4 instead of a GIF and I think that's pretty cool
