How to Auto save in MS-Word

How to set up auto save in Microsoft Word so you don't lose your entire document if something goes wrong with the computer |
Click File - Options - Save.
In Outlook, click File - Options - Mail.
Make sure the Save Auto Recover information every x minutes box is selected.
In Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, make sure the Keep the last auto recovered version if I close without saving box is selected.
