I created these super super delicious rainbow cupcakes with Claire's to keep you all busy in quarantine! So so simple and delicious and super quick too, these cupcakes are the solution to any problem! I hope you're all keeping safe and staying at home!

for the cupcakes:
320g plain flour
200g caster sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2tsp baking powder
280ml milk
90ml oil
1 tbsp greek yogurt
90g unsalted butter

for the buttercream:
250g unsalted, softened butter
125g icing sugar
30ml milk
1tsp vanilla extract
