Let me know if you have any questions.
Because there was an even number of eyelets, I had to double the top "bar" so that one lace end was on each side. If the insole is glued down, you can rip it up, that's what I did with these shoes. When you tie the knot under the insole, put it towards the inside arch of your foot so you can't feel it.
