Hello Beautiful People!!!

Welcome to this channel, and today we’re going to talk about:

“How to behave during Social Gatherings,” a cure for socially awkward people with social anxiety and have confidence in social situations.

Yeah, a lot of us don’t know how to conduct ourselves or behave during parties, especially if you’re an introvert, never fear, I have listed ten ways to look like a pro! This is a life hack for introverts as well!

1) Avoid insulting people by accidentally yawning.
When you yawn, a lot of people will get insulted, especially if they’re the one who are talking! To avoid issues like this, just clench your teeth and breathe through your nose, it doesn’t have to be obvious, obviously! (By doing this, you release your yawn discreetly) So just do that. There, do you feel the release? Not too obvious, right?

2) Ease Someone’s Nervousness. If you’re a visitor, and you have seen other people nervous by themselves, you try to include them in your circle. That way you will gain a friend or if they’re introverts, at least you have the courage to approach other people, so it’s a win-win for you, okay? Introvert: A person predominantly concerned with their own thoughts and feelings rather than with external things and is not too fond of meeting new people. If you’re the host of the party, try to introduce your guests to your other guests so that they will be comfortable around each other even if you’re not there for them.

3) Never Gossip About other people. Gossiping about other people will only put you into trouble. Because chances are, if you talk gossips, people will lose their trust in you because if you could talk like that, you could also talk about them to other people. That simple. If you don’t have anything good to say, be smart about it, remain quiet, that way you could also feel good about yourself, don’t gossip.

4) Never reply rudely – Only people with low self-esteem do that. If you don’t like how the conversation is going, just remain quiet, or better yet, just excuse yourself respectfully.

5) Avoid loudness- If you are loud in parties, chances are, people will get irritated with you, and you get an attention, alright, but it’s a wrong kind of attention that you don’t like to attract. If your topic is interesting enough, people will flock towards you so don’t make an effort (I mean extra effort)

6) Avoid Cursing/Swearing! –Don’t curse, okay. There are a lot of people there in the party from different backgrounds. So you don’t want to come off as too vulgar. Stay clean, and, come on, prove to yourself that you could still be animated in telling your story even if you’re not using foul and abusive language. That’s a challenge.

7) Smile and make eye-contact! – This is very important and has become so rare. When you smile and make eye-contact with people, they will tend to gravitate towards you. Making eye-contact with people especially with those you just met will make them trust you more because eye-contact makes you vulnerable to people. It shows how sincere you are, and how much truthfulness there is in what you’re saying. That also reflects your confidence. When you make eye-contact and when conversing with people you just met, you just smile, look away for a while, and then look again, because looking this long, will only make them see you as creepy… you know what I’m talking about, just those standard eye-contact.

8) Dress Right for the Occasion- Decorum dictates that we dress according to what the society requires (to this, uniqueness can still be applied, but there’s a standard that we must adhere to) If you go to church, please veer away from skimpy clothing, because people are there to worship, so it’s your job not to distract them with revealing to much skin. Try to be respectable and classy. And also when you go to parties, if they require that you to wear formal attire, don’t wear jeans, and if they’re requiring you to go on the beach, don’t wear pyjamas. Okay, thank you for that!

9) Good grooming and Hygiene- I know, that this is a no-brainer, but please, you must shower before going out of your house, brush your teeth, floss, clean your nails, use deodorant.

10) Ask About Others- No, I don’t mean it in an intrusive way. Just ask them general questions, like “What’s your hobby?” or “What makes you want to get up in the morning?” something like that, I’m telling you, a lot of people want to talk about themselves and they will thank you for listening to them and for asking!

Ok, that’s all for now.
