Here is how to bend plastic glasses frames. To reshape and bend plastic glasses frames, you need to get them warm. The easy way to do this is to soak them in a bowl of hot water. It doesn't have to be boiling hot. It should be cool enough that it doesn't burn your hands. After the glasses frames are warmed up, for 30 seconds or more in the hot water, slowly bend them to the shape you want. Keep putting the plastic glasses frames back in the hot water between bends so they stay hot. Keep on bending your glasses frames until you get them into the shape you want.
