Description from the creator

Are you getting enough fiber?

This is a favorite question that should not miss some serious attention. Fiber is essential for our OVERALL health.
I do not encourage you to start counting every gram of fiber now, just make sure you include high fiber foods into your diet.

I hope all of you will agree that sometimes it is not that easy, or you just cannot get enough fiber from the diet you have.

I have a simple solution here!!! The recipe I am sharing in this video will provide you with the fiber (of course, it does not mean you should skip other fiber-rich foods; it is just a good boost or add-on to your diet) plus beautiful vitamins and minerals and even protein.

But the best thing I like about it is that you can add it to anything you want: do you bake? Add it to the recipes! Add it to the smoothie, juice, soups, stews.

It has a very mild nutty flavor, so it will never spoil the dish.
It is shallow in calories and is perfect for people struggling with weight loss!!!

All you need you can get here:
(the price is different from what I've mentioned, as I got it in the store and did not pay for shipping)
