How to Can Pumpkin Quick and Easy

How to can pumpkin quick and easy for pints and quarts. Cut raw pumpkin fast. Reduce the stress of preparing raw pumpkin to can or freeze to preserve to use later. Simple to cut and easy to can fast and quickly prepare a pumpkin for the canner. Average size pumpkin fresh from the garden to the pantry to the oven.
Canning:
1/2 teaspoon salt to Pints
1 teaspoon salt to Quarts
Processing:
15 lbs pressure for 55 minutes for Pints
15 lbs pressure for 90 minutes for Quarts

To Use Canned Pumpkins:
1 pint Pumpkin
1 cup Evaporated Milk
1 cup granulated sugar
3 eggs
1/4 tsp Ginger Powder
1/4 tsp Nutmeg Powder
1/2 Cinnamon Powder
2 Pie Shells
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Beat eggs lightly and then add all ingredients and mix together. Place into pie shells.
Bake at 450 degrees for 10 mins. then reduce oven to 350 degrees and bake for 40 to 45 mins. Check with toothpick method when done. If toothpick comes out clean Viola'. Eat and Enjoy
