Need to cancel your Google Adwords account? Google makes canceling or deleting an Adwords account simple through its menu and you don't have to contact them to cancel.
You can also reactivate anytime after cancellation.

1: Log into Google Adwords and make sure you have the account you want to cancel.
adwords.google.com

2: Click on the wrench icon on the upper right.

3: Go to setup/preferences

4: click the dropdown under account status.

5: click cancel account
