How to cancel Indigo flight ticket in Indigo website?

If you have booked a indigo flight ticket from Indigo website and you want to just cancel your booking, then you can cancel flight ticket online and get the refund amount in your account. To cancel indigo flight ticket follow the following steps.

1. Go to Google and write Indigo and click on search.
2. Click on the search result 'book flight online for domestic and international from indigo'.
3. Now you are on the home page of Indigo flight booking website. Click on the option 'View/ change booking' option on the top of the page.
4. Here you are asked to enter your booking reference number and your e-mail address (which you entered at the time of booking) or last name of the passenger. Enter both of them and click on 'get itinerary'.
5. Now your ticket will display on the screen. Click on the option 'modify'. Now another some option will be seen under the modify option. Here you find 'cancel booking' option click on it.
6. A pop up window will open and ask you to select any one of two option. You have to select your choice. If you want refund amount in your account click on the fist option and if you want your refund amount for use next Indigo booking then click on the second option. Now click on 'cancel booking'.
7. You will seen your amount details like cancellation charge, refundable amount etc. Finally click on the option'Finish'.
8. Now your ticket has been cancelled. You can see the status as cancel. The refund amount will be credited to your account within 5-7 days.
