I'm going to share a few basic tips on how I care for my favorite flower at home. The geranium has been easy to take care of in the pot. It's low maintenance, and can bloom all year long. It requires very little care. You will want to take it indoors in the winter time. I usually give it 6 hours of sunlight. You don't want to over water it. Too much water and not enough oxygen may cause root rot. To deadhead my bloom, I snip the cuttings right below the joint. If you're watering your geranium, and giving it the proper amount of sunlight, but it doesn't bloom, consider changing your flower pot.
