How to Change Relationship Status on Facebook?
1. Open your favorite Browser.
2. Go to Facebook.com.
3. Login to your Facebook account with your user name and password.
4. Click on your Name.
5. Click on the "Update Info" Button.
6. Scroll down to the "Relationship" section.
7. Click the Edit button next to Relationship Status Field.
8. Select your Relationship Status.
9. Enter the name of the person you are in a relationship with.
10. If they are a Facebook user, their name will appear as a clickable option below the text field.
11. Enter your anniversary. If you want to display your anniversary, enter it by using the dropdown menus.
12. Entering the anniversary is optional.
13. Click Save.
14. The person you set will be sent a message asking to confirm that they are in the relationship with you.
15. Once they confirm, your status will appear in your profile.
