In order to change the Steam Duet anti-calc cartridge follow these easy steps:
1. Make sure the iron is off and completely cooled down.
2. Remove the water tank and set aside.
3. Turn the machine on its side to reach the cartridge.
4. Unlock the 2 clips located at the top and bottom of the cartridge.
5. Remove the cartridge and replace with new cartridge.
6. Lock the clips of the new cartridge to secure in place.
7. Turn the unit back upright an hold the 'On' button for 5 seconds
8. Hold the steam wand over a sink for a minute and a half to allow the steam to filter through.
