Changing Twitter display colors is simple on Twitter.com.
There are several theme colors for Twitter besides the default blue color.
The same settings also allow you to change Twitter to dark mode.

You can find the options inside the more tab and then settings and privacy.
You should see the display option in general. On the General tab, you can change font size, colors, and background options.
